Lodges Ltd is a private limited company which owns the freehold of Simon and Radley Lodge.  Each flat leaseholder is a member of the company which is run by a committee of elected directors who volunteer their services.  They work in connection with the management company, HML, who is responsible for the day to day upkeep of the property.
 
  We all care about where we live and keeping our properties, inside and out, up to scratch, not only for our general wellbeing and that of those around us - but also to retain their capital or rental value, and this is the central aim of the company. 
 
  By creating this website we hope to connect more directly with our neighbours,  allowing us to share thoughts and suggestions on everything Simon / Radley Lodge related.  Moreover, we hope if will facilitate the opportunity to get involved, inject some new ideas, get to know your neighbours and influence the way forward for Lodges Limited. 
 
  Meetings minutes will be posted here as well as latest Lodges news and other relevant information.
