Patricia has been the Treasurer for Lodges Ltd since 2001. She maintains the company account and keeps a keen eye on HML’s accounting – both their collection of service charges and expenditure. A huge task that happens behind the scenes, and without which Lodges Ltd could not function.

Diane is a resident of Simon Lodge and acts as the secretary, organising quarterly committee and AGM meetings and recording the minutes.  She also liaises with HML when various maintenance matters arise, takes a special interest in the garden and green areas. 

James has been a resident of Simon Lodge since 2003. He is the newest member of the board and has, unbeknownst to most,  painted all the surrounds for the Simon Lodge garages twice in the last 3 years at no cost -  and regularly clears out the garage guttering!

Rob is a non resident owner at Simon Lodge and over his years on the Board has been forefront in managing various repair and maintenance projects.  He has a detailed knowledge of the fabric of the property. From the building industry himself, he is the go to expert for all things related. 

Andrew is a resident of Radley lodge and is active in producing a lot of documentation and drafting correspondence for Lodges Ltd and providing valuable support and advice in company legal and policy related topics.
